Dr. Nabeel Joudah is a consultant and operations executive in real estate business development and the management of practices, operations, contracts and projects. Since mid 2007, Nabeel has founded a consulting practice to help clients achieve their real estate and business objectives by leveraging his rich expertise and 20+ years' experience in leading multi-disciplinary practices in the UK and Saudi Arabia, covering real estate & facilities, engineering, manufacturing, private-enterprise and public sectors.

Throughout his career, Nabeel has demonstrable commercial and entrepreneurial successes and established business links with international multidiscipline consultants both in the Western and Arab countries, and has hands on experience with business development and corporate management.

Nabeel's real estate leadership and regional & local knowledge were sought and leveraged when he took on a strategic joint-venture manager role for the Saudi-British Property Investment group in 2006.

Dr Joudah played a key role in the transformation of "Imar Urban Consultants" in Riyadh, KSA, by masterminding an aggressive restructuring plan and spearheading its execution. During his 5 years with Imar from 2001, Nabeel had been in charge of executive management that granted astounding business growth (securing, managing and delivering large scale projects), joint-venture projects, international recognition, and improved administrative, technical and financial status with over 220 employees.

Nabeel's career achievements included expanding the Interior Design Division of his family business by twofold, before co-founding "Design Unit", in 1999, that specialised in Design & Build of small to medium size projects. In the Design Unit, Nabeel capitalised on his skills in Feasibility Studies and gained recognition in the real estate market.

In 1993, he broadened his business & operational management experience by joining Saudi Binladin Group, Jeddah, KSA, for the inception of "Art Company for Crystal Industry", specialised in manufacturing 30% PbO Crystal products. During his five years with ACCI Nabeel managed the Planning, Commercial, and Marketing & Sales Departments with over 200 employees and exceptional track record of achievements.

He started his professional career in 1987 as a research fellow at the University of Strathclyde for evaluating the energy performance of different passive solar building components. Subsequently, Nabeel's computer skills granted him a coordination management post with the "Centre for Facilities Management" in Scotland, UK, where he managed to develop and implement a Real Estate Database System for the Building Division of Scottish Health Board.
